All Sales Are Final. No Refunds.

Each piece is made-to-order with custom materials, sizing, or engraving. Once an order is placed, it enters production immediately and cannot be canceled.

Exceptions:

• If we send the wrong item (e.g., not your size or design), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We may offer store credit or a correction on a case-by-case basis.
