Every custom piece follows this proprietary pipeline:

3D Scan: Dental mold, pendant scan, or reference input

Digital Design: We build your STL from scratch — no templates

Wax Print: Precision printed using top-tier castable resins

Casting: Custom alloy blends poured directly into investment molds

Pre-Polish & Filing: Hand-finished and prepped for detail work

Stone Setting: All prongs, all seats, cut and set in-house

Final Polish: High-speed luster finish or brush texture

Quality Check: Microscopic inspection before release
